Dallair is an informational service that tracks and publishes flight deal alerts from Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW and DAL) airports. We do not sell flights, act as a travel agent, or guarantee any fare. All fares displayed are subject to availability and may change at any time.
Flight prices are dynamic and can change or expire without notice. Dallair makes no guarantee that any fare will be available when you attempt to book. We are not responsible for pricing errors, sold-out fares, or any costs incurred from acting on deal information.
Dallair offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected billing interval.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Refund requests may be submitted to admin.dallair@gmail.com within 7 days of a charge and are granted at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

All content on Dallair (including deal write-ups, design, and code) is owned by Dallair. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.
Dallair is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that deal information will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dallair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed flights, pricing errors, or reliance on deal information.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Dallair after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
